Tucked in the foothills of South Carolina this spacious apartment retreat is charming, cozy and situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Landrum township. It offers easy access to the surrounding North Carolina towns of, Columbus, Tryon, Saluda, Flat Rock and Hendersonville which abound in antique stores, great restaurants and charming shops. It's the perfect base for a romantic get-a-way, horse show or outdoor adventure.

Horse lovers and equestrians will enjoy the convenience of being just minutes from FENCE, Harmon Field and the new and amazing Tryon International Equestrian Center. Those who fly fish, canoe and kayak will enjoy the safety and convenience of leaving their equipment in a safe and secure place. It is attached to the owner’s home but has its own entrance and carport for parking.

Easy access to I-26 allow for quick trips to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, Hendersonville, Flat Rock, Brevard, Cashiers, DuPont State Park-Forest and all the attractions of this highly desirable area. Other nearby destinations include: Lake Lure, Lake Lanier, Lake Adger, Pearsons Falls, White Oak Mountain, and the Palmetto Trail. Though the area is known as "horse country", it also boasts of many fine golf courses which are open to the public. During summer months, tubing and kayaking can be enjoyed on the nearby Green River.
